Tom O’Toole, an entrepreneur with nearly two decades of experience in the construction industry, combines his expertise in refurbishment and retrofit with a commitment to timely and budget-conscious project delivery. He leverages technology to create efficiencies, streamline processes and enhance client communication. Whilst completing a degree in Construction Management, Tom spent six years on-site as a tradesman providing him with a deep understanding of construction project realities. He managed both refurbishment and new-build projects in management at Mulalley and then high-end residential projects at Knight Harwood before moving to TTP, where he advanced into senior management and director roles overseeing high-value, complex commercial retrofit projects. In early 2023, Tom founded Bloom Construction Group, a pioneering retrofit main contractor. He is also set to launch Vect, an innovative AI tender pack analysis tool, in late 2024. Tom is committed to excellence, ethical business practices, and industry improvement.
