Tom joined Barr Gazetas in 2006 and became an owner and Director in 2016. He leads a team within the office that has delivered commercial and residential retrofit projects at a variety of scales for The Crown Estate, British Land, Oxford Properties and Schroders amongst others. He has a keen interest in sustainability and delivered the UK Green Building Council’s offices which recorded the lowest carbon footprint of any completed fit out in the UK at the time. He is currently overseeing two large schemes in Battersea that will form part of a new cultural quarter.
