Nick Hayhurst is the founder of Hayhurst & Co Architects, Senior Lecturer at University of Brighton and Chair of Southwark and Brighton & Hove Design Review Panels. His practice’s work includes schools, community spaces, homes and a variety of mixed use projects. Nick is passionate about adaptable re-use and his recent projects include the refurbishment of the 4th floor of the RIBA HQ at 66 Portland Place to become a new Clore Learning Centre and the STEM Lab at Torriano Primary School that won, amongst other awards, the AJ Retrofit Awards (Education) in 2019.
