The AJ Retrofit & Reuse Awards celebrate the architectural expertise and ingenuity in the adaptation and upgrade of existing buildings, and the creative reuse of building materials and structures in response to the climate emergency and changing requirements of use.
Following our move to the iconic Art Deco venue in 2026, we're delighted to be returning to the Troxy on Thursday 16 September 2027 to celebrate the very best in retrofit and reuse. Expect a relaxed atmosphere with plenty of opportunities to connect with industry peers, exchange ideas and celebrate.
CATEGORIESThe 2027 awards feature 15 categories, from Adaptive Reuse and Conservation to Decarbonisation at Scale and Models from Europe. Projects must be completed between 1 July 2025 and 31 January 2027, except for Retrofit Revisited and Future Reuse. Submit by 17 January 2027 to make a saving on your submission. |
